Who holds your information

Axiolume, LLC, which operates EyeAce Prep.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist or buy access.
• Your answers and scores, so you can see your own results and so we can find questions that are not working.
• Feedback you choose to send us through the form on a question.
• If you buy access, the answers you give and any comment you choose to send reach us without your name, email or access link, so we can find questions that are not working.
• What you type to the study tutor, which is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the reply.
• Ordinary web server logs, including IP address, kept for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

No patient information. No health information about you. No payment card details. If you buy access, the card is handled entirely by Stripe and we never see the number.

Children

EyeAce Prep is meant for adults preparing for a certification exam. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, write to support@eyeaceprep.com and we will delete it.

Program pilots

Where a training program uses EyeAce Prep with its students, the student link does not ask for a name or a student identifier, and results reach us without one. We report to the program in aggregate. We cannot tell a program how a named student performed, because we do not know.

So that one student who stops and starts again is not counted as two, the practice page stores a random marker in your browser and sends it with your results. It is a short string of letters and digits. It contains no name, no email address, and nothing that could be traced back to you, and it is never disclosed to the program.

Some program sets offer an optional, unticked box for a student to leave an email address to hear when the full version opens. It is off unless the program has agreed to it, it has no bearing on any grade, and an address left there is used for that one purpose.

Who else sees it

Anthropic (the study tutor), Vercel (hosting), Formspree (the feedback forms), Resend (the email that delivers your access link), and Stripe (payment, once selling begins). Each sees only what their part of the service requires.

How long we keep it

Email addresses until you ask us to delete them. Question-level results indefinitely in aggregated form, because that is how question quality is tracked. Individual results tied to an email address are deleted on request.

Your choices

Write to support@eyeaceprep.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you formal rights over your data, we will honor those rights.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your progress through a question set locally, so you can close the tab and come back. That data stays on your own machine.
