Within fourteen days

If EyeAce Prep is not what you expected, write to support@eyeaceprep.com within fourteen days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.

After fourteen days

We will consider a refund if the product is not working for you. Write to us and tell us what happened. Each one is considered on its own.

If we take the product down

If we withdraw the product during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unexpired part.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the card or account used for the purchase, through Stripe. How long it takes to appear is set by your bank rather than by us. Access ends when a refund is issued.
